My Shop Assist now features an Employee Report in the Shop Management drop down. It gives you a detailed breakdown of all the tasks a particular technician completed within a selected date range. If the technician uses the Start/Pause timer, you can see how their Recorded Hours compares to the task's Estimated Hours. It also totals up their hours within the specified date range.
